What players and reviewers say
On the DiMarzio Red Velvet
“I think I want more midrange out of the Red Velvet (I'm gonna go for a twangbanger) and I want more treble-bite out of my neck and mid single coils..”
“I have a set of the Red Velvets in a Strat, and I get the feeling they call it "velvet" because the highs are punchy, but the high-highs are soft like cotton, and not Strat like at all.”
