What players and reviewers say
On the Seymour Duncan Custom Shop Concept
“Seymour figured out how to wind A2 PAF's so they don't sound dark and muddy; Gibson hasn't totally mastered this concept.”
On the Seymour Duncan Custom Shop El Diablo
“The El Diablo, although with a weaker alnico2 mag, is wound "hotter" and has lower highs, higher mids and an overall more balanced eq..”
“Whta concerns me is the lack of warmth in the low mids and bass of the El Diablo in clips that the 5150 is able to get .”
