What players and reviewers say
On the Seymour Duncan Custom Shop Concept
“Seymour figured out how to wind A2 PAF's so they don't sound dark and muddy; Gibson hasn't totally mastered this concept.”
On the Seymour Duncan Stag Mag (SH-3)
“The goal is to have the stag mag in the bridge for twang surf guitar and Jerry Garcia tones, and the jazz in the neck for Wes Montgomery chord action and warm deep blues rippage.”
“Yeah, the Stag Mag has noticeably more bass when in 'bucker mode, and more chime when in split mode.”
